I discovered the sight has two positions on the switch so there is a 
dimmer setting.  That helps.  There is still the problem that the 
reticule has a yellowish tinge, common in shooting glasses and such, 
because it cuts moisture glare, I think.  As a result, it tends to 
hide the star so the two eye method is still the best solution. 
Really works quite well for $8.00.  Viewing looked to be good tonight 
but was miserable.  Moisture high and lenses clouded.  No galaxies in
