Funding Year 2007 P2 Threshold Set at 81%

USAC will begin issuing Internal Connections and Basic Maintenance of
Internal Connections funding commitments at the 81% discount rate for
Funding Year 2007. The 81% discount rate will mark the final discount
threshold for the year as USAC will reject any Priority Two request at
80% or below.
