[Guidance] ACT practice tests

Here is a link to ACT practice tests.  I won't vouch for its complete
accuracy and reliability, since I noticed several errors in the
questions, such as 15% read 155 in one of the math questions.
Regardless, it may be of help to some of your students.  Pass this on to
your guidance counselors if you deem it worthy, or let them decide.
