[Powerschool] programs fact report location?

Several people have asked me where to run the Programs Fact report for
pre-school info in PowerSchool.  Since I don't actually have access to a
PS server, I can't answer that question.  Is it in the Reports section
for Nebraska eScholar reporting?  If not, does anyone know where it's
at?
