[Powerschool] Student Export vs. Student Snapshot

I have posted this problem before.  When I export the Student Data, I only
get the "new" students this year.  I know that Jane Davis has suggested
checking Enrollment dates, but no matter what date I enter, and I have
entered the date from the enrollments, and every other date from July 1st
thru August 16th, which is NOW the current enrollment date for ALL students.
And all I get is the NEW Students listed.  Any suggestions.  When I export
for the Student Snapshot, all students show up.  I don't know what I am
doing wrong.  Thanks for any help!!
