[Powerschool] programs fact report location?

Looks like the mechanism per last NE update is now in place to record
these students.  EC is first one.  I would look at definitions to see
which PK qualify.  Hopefully we will have the report soon, but if it were
me for this first submission, I would just grab the Programs Fact template
spreadsheet from the secured area.  I just marked the students and
exported what they needed, especially the NE UniqueID.  Too long to print
for me.  That seemed to work well.   

I think having this info entered in the sp programs will work out well.
