[Powerschool] NSSRS

One thing that helped me - it took a little time but was easier to 
see the things I had missed.  I took the eXcel spreadsheet of the 
student file and changed the column width on all the unused columns 
to .01.  Then I made the other columns as small as I could and I used 
font Times New Roman size 11 or 12.  The spreadsheet was 2 sheets 
wide so I taped it all together and could look across at all the 
student information.  It helped me find some things I had missed. 
(Then I took the whole taped together spreadsheet of numbers in to 
the Superintendent to show him just how much is in one of the 
reports.)  Sometimes a glaring mistake will pop out.
