[Powerschool] attendance

When I count a student absent for the entire day using the "enter
attendance" button; it appears to count them for the entire day.  However,
when I go the "meeting", there is another class which appears as first
period that I do not see when entering my attendance. (it happens to be
citizenship)  I cannot enter attendance from my office, but the teacher
can from her end.  How do I get that class to appear on my end?
