[Powerschool] UniqID

When I try submitting my UniqID file to the state I get an error saying it
is not in the format for this operation and/or my trailer record is
missing at least one field.

It seems to not like the fact that every record does not have a SS#, but
that shouldn't matter, along with it says it's missing a field - name
suffix - we don't have any of those.

Anyone got any ideas??
