[Powerschool] NSSRS - Programs Fact report

The following info came out on one of the PowerSchool User Group / ListServ
emails:

 

"The fields that will be used in the Programs Fact report have been added to
the student's "Special Programs" web page and were released last Friday.
You'll see them at the bottom of this web page. The report should be ready
for beta tomorrow."

 

I know I'm not the brightest person in the world, but I just have one
question, where is this "Special Programs" web page even located?  Is it on
the NDE website, or is it in the Reports section of Power School?

I've also seen the messages that have the links to the "templates" at the
NDE Secured Sights, but once again, I don't have a clue what to do with it.
Is there a specific form that is to be filled out, or is this something that
just has to be made from scratch?

A big thanks to anyone that help out and set a moron straight!!!
