[Powerschool] 4.3.9.5 auto updates

Unbelievable!!!!  I worked with PS support for a whole week and they 
kept saying it was something on our side.  Brett at ESU 10 spent days 
working directly with PS.  They kept telling him it was us.  How are 
we supposed to get this reporting done if we don't even have what we 
need to do it?  How frustrating!!
