[Powerschool] Missing students from reports

I saw many e-mails about students are missing from state reports.
Most of these were from schools that had converted over from Center
Point. Here is what i have discovered through testing my own data.

The first day of the term (Q1 or S1) is 8/14/07. Therefore all
transfer info will have an entry date of 8/14/07, unless the student
enrolled after 8/14/07. The first day of school is 8/20/07. We have
559 students currently enrolled. If I choose the first day of school
for my start date on the school enrollment report (8/20/07), I will
get 64 students in my report. If I choose the first day of the term
8/14/07, I get 634 students in the report.

So the report says grab any student with an entry date greater than
or equal to this date. Not if they are currently enrolled. So if
you back-dated a persons entry date or enrolled them on any date
prior to the date you are using for your enrollment report, they will
not be included on the report.

I hope this makes sense and is somewhat helpful.
