[Powerschool] setting historical grades

I am not exactly sure what you are asking but I will take a stab at
it anyway. I store grades (which makes them historical) before I run
report cards. My report card is set up to pull historical grades.
If your report card is set up to pull current grades, you would store
after printing.

After I am done with the report cards, I change the quick look up to
look at historical grades for the term that has ended and look in the
grade book for the term we are currently in. If a student had an
incomplete, the teacher has to tell me the new grade and I update
their historical grade.
