Historical grades:

Our junior high students have no historical grades for first quarter or
previous year unless we select detailed view?  Initial selection of
historical grades brings up nothing. Any ideas on what we have done wrong.
 This has not been a problem in the past.  Our high school students are
okay. Any suggestions on how to correct this.
