[Powerschool] report error

When I try to run a report, it says "Report not found".  Report not qued.

What is this and how do I fix it?

Also, I have a teacher that cannot access PowerTeacher from home.  When
she tries it says:  Server cannot perform this operation.  She can log on
as a parent, but not from teacher screen.  Glenwood has told her it has to
be an error on PowerSchool's end??
