[Powerschool] Grade Scales

I have set our secondary scale for grades at the district level per
handbook.  When I look at grade scales in PowerTeacher, they are correct. 
However, when PowerTeacher calculates the percent, it reverts back to the
old scale with just A,B,C,D,F without the + and -

Any ideas??
