[Powerschool] NSSRS & homebound students

We are having a similar issue with our preschool and homebound.  Our  
preschool is only half-days with 2 sessions and the only go to school  
4 days a week.  There calendar days are completely different from our  
elementary or high school.

Problems and scenarios:

If I create a new grade for preschool and enroll them in the  
elementary, their calendar days are completely different from the  
rest of the elementary.

If I create a new school to control the calendar setup, now what  
school ID do I use.  We only have 2 schools.  Can I just create a  
school with a new ID and assign it to this Preschool?

Currently the preschool is in the elementary as PK4.  If I create a  
new school, do I transfer those students to the new school or do I  
change their school in DDA?  If I transfer a student, will transfer  
codes appear on the state report?

If you have any suggestions on the best way to handle this situation  
I would appreciate your input.
