[Powerschool] Grade Scales

New to PowerSchool this year is associating grade scales to final grades
under final grade setup.  We are still having trouble with this for some
of our MS classes, but the way support explained it to me was that the
section grade scale setting took precedence over the final grade - grade
scale association.  In the past we had not associated final grades with
anything but the course, but now there are three places to associate,
the course, the section, and the final grade.

If your final grade association is different than the section or course
setting, that may be where you are having problems.

I have set our secondary scale for grades at the district level per
handbook.  When I look at grade scales in PowerTeacher, they are
correct. 
However, when PowerTeacher calculates the percent, it reverts back to
the
old scale with just A,B,C,D,F without the + and -

Any ideas??
