[Powerschool] NSSRS & homebound students

I think we are talking about 2 different numbers.  For the school 
number that NDE assigns (21-0015 for us)  we use that 'base' number 
for the high school. The elementary is base and 01 and the PK is base 
and 02.  It doesn't affect our NSSRS reports at all.  Then the 
alternate school number is what the PS report pulls out for the 
building identifier.  This is where the PK has the same number as the 
elementary as instructed by NDE.  Sorry for the confusion.
