[Powerschool] Reporting term in Gradebook

We have noticed that on the web based gradebook we have the reporting term
come up automatically as S1 instead of Q1.  On the left side under current
classes, Q1 shows up automatically, but on the right side, under reporting
term it shows S1 until you change it to Q1.  We have noticed that this
must cause problems because the Final grade doesn't show up under Q1 if it
wasn't caught in time when entering grades, but the final grade shows up
in S1 instead.

We are wondering if there is a way to transfer those assignments and
grades from S1 to Q1 or how we get the final grade to show up in Q1
without typing them all in again?!
