[Powerschool] Power Lunch

I still have not figured out how to charge a student for an extra milk. 
Also we have before and after school snacks and are reimbursed for them
through nutrition services so I need to be able to serve snacks and get a
report for my monthly Nutrition Services Reimbursement Report.

Can anybody help me with this delima????
