[Powerschool] staff assignment report

The staff report will work correctly if you use the following
beginning report date 7/1/2007 (supt start date)
ending date (the date you run the report 00/00/0000)
If you tried the report with 06/30/2008 you get duplicate numbers

Other things that worked for me.

Do not put ANY decimals in salary and benefit data
Also, in order to make the location codes work correctly, you need to put
the staff assignment data in the school at it belongs in
example  if you have a 50/50 k-12 pe person.  You have a staff record in
both the high school and the elementary.  You choose one to be the master
record, but you put the staff assignment data separtely in each school the
7/12 staff record in the high school staff and the K-6 staff assignment
data in the elementary staff record.
