What do you mark on Faculty information for the Master record indicator?

Master Staff Record Indicator (use to indicate master record for  
eScholar Staff reporting if staff member works at multiple schools)

I think our secretary is confused, because the way this reads is that  
if they work at multiple schools, indicate mark it here.  Then when I  
run my report, only teachers that work at multiple schools appear on  
the report.  This needs to be marked yes if you want them to show up  
on the report.  If they work at multiple schools however, do you need  
to mark yes in both schools or just one school?  Another school I  
talked with was getting errors it seemed when they did this.  How do  
you handle it?
