[Powerschool] state reports

We have trying to submit since yesterday......  I figure if we get 
something in, then they can't say we didn't submit......  the problem 
is that the state system can't handle all of this information coming 
in at once!  Not sure what the answer is other than I would rather be 
dealing with students and being a Principal than doing this garbage!
Just my very upset opinion!
