[Powerschool] NSSRS Ethnicity Code

Then District Setup
then Ethnicity Codes
Change Caucasian to W by the code field

Does anyone know why Caucasian (C) doesn't convert to W or 3 which is what NSSRS wants? Do I need to change it on my excel spreadsheet before I upload it?
