It is a bug in the report.  They are currently working on this duplicate issue.

Is anyone having trouble with powerschool creating duplicate files for staff?  Has anyone determined how to resolve this issue?

For the Staff Assignment Field we are getting codes 003, 002, and 001.  It is pulling this information from the alternate school code within the school/school info section.  If we change that to 000 it defaults to the district code information which is 240004000 and it truncates the ending leaving us with a school code of 240.  Is anyone else having this issue???

Is anyone else having problems with duplicate staff in the staff
assignment report for NSSRS?  Instructional Paras with only 1 staff
assigment are being duplicated as well as teachers with multiple
assignments.

We have corrected our duplicates, but now have issues with two staff members...Here is the scenario:

We have two teachers that teach two different subjects at the high school...

Example - Mr. Teacher teaches Science 5 periods and PE 2 periods

The "Staff ID", "Location Code", "Assignment Grade Level" are all the same, but "Subject Code" is different

In this situation NSSRS is giving us a duplicate message and won't let us validate.  Anyone else experience this situation??
