[Powerschool] Exel Question

Elaine,

Open a new Excel doc.
Goto the Data menu and select Import Text File from Get External Data.
Browse to your file and select it.
Click Next on the first page.
Select Comma delimited.
Click Next
Highlight all the columns in the display at the bottom of this window  
(Scroll clear to the right to get to the far right column, hold down  
the shift key and click on the far right column. All the columns  
should be dark.)
Click on the Text radio button at the top of this window.
Click on Finish.
Click OK to insert in this new document.

This should keep your data in the form you need.
