[Powerschool] Unique ID

If you are using a school number that is not the official 3 digit school
number you need to set the alternate school number to the state number. 

District Office>District>School/SchoolInfo>Alternate School Number.  Don't
worry if your state school number is 005 and when you enter, you only see
five.  PowerSchool's report will automatically fill the 0s.
