[Powerschool] standards reporting

Does anyone have a standards report they use to show student progress on
standards to give to student/parents?  Also, we put our results on
powerschool for standards, but when I run the "Nebraska Standards Report"
it shows % taken as "Not included" instead of under progressing,
proficient, beginning, advanced - what do I need to change and where?
