These articles give the step by step process in preparing before your  
end of year.    I think in my sessions I mentioned to do EOY before  
you commit but BIG thanks to Kathy Riese for setting me straight.  It  
actually goes commit then EOY.  These are excellent articles and  
should be read before committing your schedule or performing End of  
Year.

TIP:
One other discovery I made.  If you are trying to registered students  
from a different school that will be moving into another school you  
will need to setup years and terms in both schools.  For example, 6th  
graders going from the elementary school to the high school.  You will  
need to setup years and terms in the elementary as well as the high  
school.  If they are not setup the 6th graders will appear as not  
available to register at this time.
