[Powerschool] Students not showing up in back pack on Power School start page under Teacher login....

Has anyone seen this problem?

 

I had a teacher login into PS and he was checking is class rosters.  They
show up in the Grade Book but not on the start page in the pack back.  If
you have seen this problem before could you tell me what might have caused
it or how I might be able to fix it?  I have a service ticket opened with
tech support but haven't heard from them yet so I thought I would throw it
out to you guys for advice.
