[Powerschool] Teachers Schedules for elementary

As far as the teachers schedules not showing up, you need to copy your
schedule over from last year. This has to be done every year even if
nothing changes. Then change teacher names and alter sections if need be.
Be sure you have years and terms set up and then when you change over
check dates as the dates from the previous year come with it.
