[Powerschool] Java Error

Thanks Jane and Bryan for the information on the java error.  I looked
it up in the knowledgebase and only saw the article on reinstalling JDK.
It's strange that it just started for us, while it sounds like many of
you have had the problem in the past.  Part of PowerSchool's wondrous
pageantry I guess...

I have received this error since implementation on every version update
including 5.2.  Support article 4638 is the one I have used to correct
this problem.  Instead of 256 I use 384 for my windows box.  I have an
open support ticket on this but it has not been updated in over a year.
