[Powerschool] Insufficient Privilege

Has anyone come upon a message that they have insufficient privileges that
has not been there previously?  I am trying to print a report for an
individual student from there student page.  I am under functions, print
report for this student and the next screen says I don't have privileges.  I
use to have privileges and when I go into my security settings, everything
looks good....CRAZY!!!!!
